Terms of Service

Spotier is a tool for building, sharing and discovering Spotify album tier lists, operated by Amr Sabbagh. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB. Album artwork, titles, artist names and audio previews come from Spotify and remain the property of their respective rights holders.

• You sign in with Spotify. Keeping that Spotify account secure is your responsibility, and anything done through your Spotier session counts as done by you.
• One account per person. Do not use someone else's account or impersonate them.
• You must be old enough to hold a Spotify account in your country.
• Losing access to your Spotify account means losing access to your Spotier account, because sign-in depends on it.

You keep ownership of the tier lists, titles, descriptions and comments you create. By publishing a list you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and share that content within Spotier — including in Explore, on share pages, and in the automatically generated preview images used when a link is posted elsewhere. This licence exists only so the product can display your content, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

Do not use Spotier to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that targets a person for abuse.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent a list as someone else's work.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service, or circumvent our rate limits.
• Attack the service — automated attacks, probing for vulnerabilities, or trying to access other users' private lists.
• Break Spotify's own terms, or redistribute Spotify content outside what Spotier's interface provides.
• Resell or sublicense access to Spotier.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you why.

Spotier uses the Spotify Web API and is bound by Spotify's developer terms. Your use of Spotify content through Spotier is also subject to Spotify's Terms of Use. If Spotify changes or withdraws API access, parts of Spotier may stop working and we may have to change or discontinue features.

• The free plan gives you the full builder with a limited number of saved lists and a watermark on exported images.
• Pro removes the list limit and the export watermark. Current details are on the pricing page.
• Pro is billed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, tax and invoicing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Prices may change. We will give notice before a change affects an existing subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancel any time from the billing portal linked in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial periods.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase. Outside that, refunds are at our discretion; email support@spotier.online and we will look at it fairly. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your lists, likes and comments go with it, and we cannot restore them. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Pro subscription — cancel that in the billing portal first. Export your data before you delete if you want to keep a copy.

Spotier is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data, and refund any unused prepaid Pro time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £50 if you paid us nothing. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use Spotier after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
